Meet Ericka

After working in public accounting for over 10 years, I joined one of my client's private equity backed company full time and served as their Chief Financial Officer.  By working in the public accounting space as well as working inside of a privately held company, I realize the importance of business owners to understand their numbers and to review real time data.  I am combining all of my experiences that I have gained over the years and sharing them with business owners and their teams.  I have a passion to help business owners and their teams understand their financial statements and create real time dashboards so they can have better optics to make better decisions which will lead to more profits.  I am on a mission to help people feel empowered by having a greater knowledge of the financial aspect in the business of life and their businesses so they can make better decisions which will lead to more fulfilled human beings.
